What CRM platforms do you work with?
All of them — HubSpot, Salesforce, Attio, Pipedrive, even Notion or spreadsheets. We integrate with your existing stack rather than forcing a migration. If your current tools aren't built for signal-driven outbound, we'll recommend complementary tools (like Clay for enrichment) that layer on top without disrupting what's already working. We handle the technical integration.
What channels do you support?
Email and LinkedIn are the primary outbound channels. Beyond that, we build the surrounding infrastructure: Slack alerts when high-intent accounts surface, CRM automations that route leads to the right rep, webhook-based triggers that fire sequences at the right moment, and weekly reporting dashboards. The goal is a connected system, not isolated channel tactics.
How much technical expertise does my team need?
None. We handle everything technical — Clay workflows, API integrations, domain infrastructure, deliverability optimization, CRM automations. Your team provides ICP context and joins weekly syncs. At handoff, everything is documented with video walkthroughs so your team can maintain and extend the system without us.
How much time will my team need to commit?
The first 2–3 weeks are the most collaborative: ICP workshops, copy direction, CRM access, and infrastructure setup. After that, expect one 30-minute sync per week to review performance, iterate on messaging, and align on next moves. Once the system is running, your team's job is working the pipeline we surface — not managing the infrastructure.
Do we need existing GTM sophistication?
No. Many clients come to us with duct-taped workflows, messy CRM data, or founder-led sales that never had a formal process. We meet you where you are — whether that's building outbound from scratch, cleaning up years of data debt, or scaling a motion that's working but can't grow without automation. No perfect setup required.
How does the pilot engagement work?
Four months, start to handoff. Month 1 is discovery and architecture — ICP workshops, signal source audits, CRM review, infrastructure warming. Months 2–3 are build, run, and tune — enrichment goes live, sequences launch, and we iterate weekly based on real conversion data. Month 4 is handoff: runbooks, team training, access transfer. After the pilot, you can continue on retainer, shift to project-based work, or take the whole system in-house. No long-term contracts.
What volume can you support?
We typically run 10,000–30,000 emails per month per client once infrastructure is warmed. Volume scales based on your ICP size and campaign strategy — some clients run focused 2,000-contact campaigns, others run continuous enrichment across 500K+ accounts. Quality scales with volume — we don't sacrifice precision for throughput.
Are you an SDR agency?
